Rules and Regulations
EFS is not in charge of taxes, you are. We will not be enforcing what you do or do not report to the Florida Department of Revenue and by joining and selling your wares, you agree to being solely responsible for this.
Do not display mature content. Emerald's Fur Summit is a general audience convention this year. If you aren't sure if something is appropriate, contact Dealers@EmeraldsFurSummit.org before bringing the materials.
Keep your area neat and tidy and please be courteous of those around you and the walking space about your table. Avoid large displays that will take up too much room please. If you have something like this, contact Dealers@EmeraldsFurSummit.org.
If, during the time the Dealer's Den is open, a vendor wishes to explore the convention they are free to do so. You may put things on display and have people contact you through telegram or any other source about commissions, prints you're selling, etc. However, we strongly recommend you have someone you trust keep an eye on your wares if you leave your table. Emerald's Fur Summit is not liable for any items that go missing if you leave your table unattended.
Emerald's Fur Summit reserves the right to modify these rules at any time as needed. You will be informed the moment we make any changes.
If you wish to be a dealer in the EFS dealer's den, you will need to purchase both a table and a membership. Dealer registration includes one 6 foot long table. You may have 1 assistant, or a shared dealer at your table, however they will need to purchase a membership separately.
Table space is will be running by first come first serve rules.
You will be contacted directly by us with some basic questions about your application and you will have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.
On the day of the convention, let the registration desk know you are a vendor
Life happens, we know. Sometimes you can’t always make a convention, so we try to accommodate you the best we can.
As long as pre-registration is open you may receive a full refund on your dealers den table. The money will be transferred back to whatever source was used to pay for it in the first place. After the pre-registration date has passed, no refunds, not even a partial refund, will be available for the table.
However, if you tell us that you are unable to attend, the registration for this year will be passed to the next year, meaning you will have a reserved space in the dealer’s den for next year’s convention. This will only last for one year, if you are unable to attend the next year as well, the reserved space is forfeit and no refunds or deals will be available for the money spent.
